App Update

Arsenal 1.7.0 went out this week with a few updates.

It adds a skip animation button inspired by Mike Horne’s request — thank you! I hope this works. It could be an always-skip option in Settings but I felt there should be a visual indication from puzzle to puzzle, so skipping is a manual button. Also, if you fail and retry a puzzle it won’t animate the second time.

To balance out that animations still run on each new puzzle, the animation speed is now faster.

Last, I hadn’t used the app in a while and noticed that Dark Mode was non-existent, so I’ve finally added that!

You’ll also notice the URL change. The new domain gives us these forums, which I hope the community will use to discuss their chess training, or really anything about chess.
